Membership shall be open to the following groups of users:
- Registered MSU Students
- Academic Staff
- Non-Academic Staff
Approved Readers
Members of staff and registered students from other research institutions may access the MSU Library for reading purposes only, upon production of a valid student ID card and payment of an approved readership fee as determined by the University
