The collection includes key disciplines such as Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Criminal Procedure, Property Law, Labour Law, Tax Law, Roman and Dutch Law, and Accounting Standards. It also offers valuable resources for comparative and regional analysis, including case law, legislation, and commentaries from several African countries such as Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. This e-book collection is an essential resource for students and academics, offering fundamental textbooks and primary legal sources for research and scholarly work.
